All Invoices are payable in Advance or by Irrevocable Letter of Credit(L/C).

 

 

An account will be established for you with your first order. Please give us your account number every time you place an order.

 

 

As we are both the manufacturer and distributor of our product we can maintain competitive pricing while always maintaining the highest quality product. We aim to honor all our catalogue prices, however, currency fluctuations and increased production costs may result in a price change without notice. Typographical errors are exempted. All prices are in US$ Dollars. Applicable federal and/or provincial taxes will be charged.

 

 

Delivery Time (for items not in stock) is roughly around 30-45 days depending upon order size and the nature of instruments.

 

 

Shipment schedules are approximate and as accurate as conditions permit on the date the schedules are provided Diyan Industries assumes no responsibility or liability for any unforeseen delay or natural disaster that arises during making a delivery.

 

When signing a receipt of goods, all visible damage and/or shortages to cartons must be indicated on the carrier delivery receipt so that a claim may be filed with the carrier.

 

The customer shall inspect all items upon arrival and give written notice to Buis Channel Int'l of any claim for shortage or non-conformance within 7 days after receipt of shipment.

 

 

For your protection, items such as hand-pieces that have been personalized, custom ordered, opened or used cannot be returned for credit or exchange. We recommend that before you open a product package that you make sure that it contains the item that you ordered.

 

 

Diyan Industries strives to produce the highest quality product, however if a product fails as a result of poor workmanship or a defect in materials, at Diyan Industries discretion, the item will be replaced at no cost to you. If while in use, you find that an item is defective.
